Hey my name is Casper and I am the cutest baby boy that you just want to kiss and snuggle all day! Casper is white with cream ears but as he gets older he will get whiter. He is a rare Shih Tzu because because he has the white gene! His eyes have good color as it looks like I have eyeliner on so that means so weak looking eyes because of white pigment around his eyes. His short stocky legs will always make him look tiny as if his estimated adult weight wouldn’t do that LOL. His weight charts him as 6.14 as an adult.
